OK, I do remember the login details, excellent, I just updated my blog and was like, "HEY, noones doing explorers, so I'll do the past three weeks of the 13th and the 6th of may and the week before

So on "the week before", if memory serves me, I'm pretty sure it doesn't but ohwhatthehecki'llsayitanywaaaaaaaaay, we had the rope trail with, buh dubbah duhhh, calcium carbide bombs, CaC, and believe me, they do not like water and flame, I'm pretty sure they're what hobos live around but Doc will continue to disagree with me.
While fun the only time around, I found it short and realitvely easy. Half the group disappeared, I think to go to whyteleaf wreck.

The 6th was Boules night. AKA Nobody did anything much, we did attempt a game of rounders, but failed epically as nobody kept score, and after Freddi gave up and made someone run, for her, everyone just wanted to bat, and soooo game equaled fail!

13th was video night based on the great escape, Im too lazy to write about that, im sure it'll end up on you tube

The Indian meal went pretty well, all the meat dishes, rice, pappadums, and nan bread was eaten, but not the VEGETABLE Jahlfrezi!

Not so good with the photo hike however, both groups failed to follow the trail!! and so far NO photos.

Sad to see that no one has kept this up to date whilst I was away.

Last week the movie night was attended by a few enthusiasts. After sorting out a programme for the summer, with Dan Crook's laptop firing on all cylinders, HOT FUZZ was the evening showing.

No meeting this week (8th April) but back next week (15th April) for:

An Indian meal.

Last three nights have not been blogged!!

Jan 28 we hiked from Merstham to Roverdene, following a map, and FINALLY managed to all get there without getting lost. Next hike will be more difficult, but history tells that you lot are rubbish at following a map. Or maybe you just don't like rigid instructions!!

Feb 4 you all went bowling at City Limits. No comments from you!!

Feb 11 a WII night, Ollie seems a star on Guitar Hero, and I still don't know how you manage to lift those swords, let alone fight with them.

Alex D here, last Thrusday was 'Make a Movie Night', with the theme of 'A street light meeting'. We had a confrontation between to gangs, who decided to end the fighting, with a rock-paper-sissors match... Also, a fight between two people, which then turned into people randomly appearing and disappearing.... Then a montage of people just messing around in street light.

After watching the movies, we then we had a massive ball fight.

Well last week was a WASHOUT. Torrential rain made our mystery hike a non-event. But the mystery remains so we can go for this once more at some future date.

This week, 19th Nov, we will be making a movie I hope. A streetlight meeting. is the theme, so think on.

WIDE GAME!

Alex D here, last night was a wide game, which was a free-for all where sparklers were lit up, and we had to run and collect them. Daniel C in the end won by collecting 10, Rob was second with 9 and I was third with 8... Dan won a sparkler, and I won Rob's sparklers... The night was eventful, Dan apparentally rolled down the hill at one point, and there where fireworks in every direction. After the game, we all got some hot chocolate. Well next week is a mystery hike!

Climbing and shooting last night, not so many turned up. Why?? Half term?? Let us know if this event has passed its sell by date.

Any way those that arrived seemed to enjoy it. Chris managed an outstanding score on his target, just don't know how he can progress from that, in the direction that he is going!

The wall remains challenging, racing now seems the favourite.

Chinese Night

Well, last night involed us cooking chinese recipes! I think the cooking quality was very good, I loved it! We also had people dressed up as chinese people, and they recieved the small prize of a piece of a mars bar! All in all, it was a pretty eventful night. Next week is at Blacklands, and I'll see you guies there!

Tsk Alex, for such an eventful night you don't say much about it do you?
Well we divided up into groups of 5 right up until people didn't want to do groups of 5 so Rob Freddy and I ended up as a whole group.
There was a whole variety of foods, from egg fried rice (which was epic) to noodles (not so much) and sweet and sour chicken, to some form of mincey stuff which were also epic.
And the rest of what Alex said can be added on.
Also guys, with the shooting, mind you don't hit Robs nose

Photo Night

Photo competition last night, theme night traffic. Photos entered (3 per person)are to be posted on the gmail site. Judge and we will collect votes next week. Some good photos, not all of stripy lights disappearing at the roundabout. Ended with a 200 ball mass attack, I hid!, but so did Amy.

Last night at explorers was somewhat eventful, with me, becoming one of the blog's runners, this is my first post though... Though I think Chris, started this post...

Well anyhow, we took pictures around the theme of traffic, and got some good shots! The album is up, so people have to edit the pics on paint, and insert their names! Then after people showed the pictures they took, and we put away everything... We got 200 red balls out, and basicly threw them at anyone! Pretty crazy, but so fun! And yes, Harry became pregenant, and gave birth to a couple of bouncing red balls, no hidden meaning.

I, being insulted that I am to have not been offered a spot on this blog, decided to hack this blog and add my own thoughts too! (Alex, it wasn't me who started it!)
Thursday was epic for Harry, Tom M and I, deciding not to follow the crowd, we walked of in the other direction, for a night of fun, adventure, awesome photos, and a lot of walking. We did finally get to our spot, the roundabout, after a nice 15 minute walk. Then we decided we would never get a good picture of the roundabout so we turned our attentions to the middle of the road, striking up gay poses and hiding behind light streams. Harry got bored, and decided it would be entertaining to roll the four red balls, he had concieved under his superdry, down the hill. None of us ran after them, until Harry was like "I need them!" so I sprinted and returned Harry his children.
Then while waiting for a train, a police officer guy dude, came up to us and asked us if we had seen a drunk guy walking around. Then he asked us if we were terrorists as we were taking photos of trains. He took Toms full details, most of my details, and Harrys name, and then walked of leaving bazzled and 10 minutes late to the return to the hut.
After an epic viewing of photos we had said ball mash. I dodged every ball, until I finally got hit in the face. Then I got hit by every ball until I was withering on the floor IN PAIN.
Then we left.

The Hot Air Balloons were amazing.

Despite doubters, "They'll never work", "I'll eat my shoe if any fly" we got four good flyers.

Up to about 200ft, they looked like lanterns in the sky.

Chris was forced to eat his shoe.

The Caterham Bourne Explorer Scouts Meet on Thursdays, 7.30 - 9.30(ish) at The Whyteleafe Scout HQ.

We are young people aged between 14 and 18 who are interested in outdoor activities, the program is varied and often linked to the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
